Afandou
A challenging 18 hole championship golf course, one of only
a handful of golf courses in the whole of Greece but well short of
the
standard of other European countries. Greece is not one of the
worlds great golfing nations! Still, if
you can’t do without your weekly ‘round’ then it’s worth a visit
just don’t expect manicured fairways
and true greens. Clubs can be hired at the course.

Purchase
a phone card (TalkTalk, Vivodi, Face, etc.) at most kiosks, convenience
stores, petrol stations, supermarkets, etc. Scratch off the
panel on the back to reveal your pin number and follow the instructions
to call the access number followed by the number you wish to
call. Remember to prefix the number with 0044 and leave off
the first 0 e.g. where in the UK you might dial 020 802
1234, from Greece you would enter the access number on
your card, you may then be asked to select language (e.g. on
TalkTalk you have to press 2) followed by 0044208021234
