Particularly if you are a non permanent resident, RPM can provide you with a variety of services to make your holiday home ownership a stress free experience.

If bills are not paid on time, or important documents are sent to your holiday home rather than your home address, you may find that an unpleasant surprise awaits you when you next arrive.

Listed below are just some of the advantages of registering for these services with RPM:

Utility bill payments – you deposit sufficient funds with us, we notify you when a bill is received or becomes due for payment. We will then make the appropriate payment according to your instructions

Post collection and forwarding – if post is delivered to your property (and assuming that we have a contract with you to provide internal property inspections) we will contact you to advise you that post has been received and if required we will forward the post to your home address

Inventory list – if you require a complete inventory of your property for insurance or property rental purposes we can compile this for you, hold your inventory details and conduct a review against your inventory either as part of out Property Rental Services package or upon request

Fax and photocopying – if you require copies of your documents or need to fax a document, simply bring the document to our office in Kalathos and we have facilities there that you can utilise for a small charge

Key Holding – if you have a contract with us to supply Property Maintenance and/or Property Rental Services then we probably already provide you with a Key Holding service. If not, then we can offer this service on an ad-hoc basis e.g. perhaps you would like somewhere secure to hold a spare set of keys

Do you own a car in Rhodes ?

We can ensure that your Car Tax and Car Insurance are paid promptly in your  absence.

TAX

Yes that dreaded word!! Leave it up to us to forward your tax papers to our accountant, who will ensure that your returns are completed and submitted to meet the required deadlines.

We offer a variety of packages to suit all requirements and budgets and our standard offerings include 2 packages for permanent residents and 3 packages for non residents with prices starting from as little as 1 Euro a week.
