Property Management The boring bit of owning a property is that it requires regular attention to keep it looking its best. You may enjoy gardening and DIY which is great if you need something to do with all that spare time now that you have retired or simply resettled in Rhodes. Even if you do, if you are not a full time resident in Rhodes, do you really want to spend all your holidays doing the same things you do back home, instead of having fun and relaxing – after all, isn’t that what holidays are about and why you bought the property in the first place. Problems may occur that you will be unaware of until you return, Unless you let someone like RPM take care of your property for you whilst you are not present, you could find that your next holiday is no such thing! If, during the course of any inspection it is discovered that there is a problem, then we will contact you to advise you of the nature of the problem and the cause where we are able to establish this. If it is considered that immediate repairs are an urgent necessity, we will agree remedial actions with you. We will either carry out any repairs ourselves or oversee the work of any tradesmen that have to be brought in. Any remedial work undertaken will of course be charged for separately but an estimate will be supplied for your approval prior to the commencement of any work. If you are a Resident but going on holiday? We can even provide short term Property Management contracts for periods of as little as 1 week.
