Rental Terms & Conditions

 

AGREED SERVICES

RPM will carry out the work as scheduled on your agreement. RPM signature on the agreement guarantees their commitment to provide the services you have requested. Records will be kept of all work undertaken - dates of visits, materials used etc. and a quarterly report will be forwarded to owners giving these details.

Your signature on the agreement guarantees your commitment to taking services from RPM and to pay the fees as agreed at the time of signing.

PAYMENT

Payment, for all annual costs, is to be made -either

Annually - to be paid on the signing of the agreement.

OR

Six Monthly - to be paid half at the signing of the agreement and the other half six months later.

OR

Quarterly - the first quarter to be paid at the signing of the agreement and after that at regular three monthly intervals .

Our Payment Requests for annual services will be issued generally

Payment is to be made by Bank Transfer into our Business Account:-

Payment of Rental Services Costs - per booking.

If a booking is taken by an owner, they must inform RPM, of this as soon as possible so that their property service requriements

can be scheduled. Owners must also then forward payment to RPM for the services they will be requiring for guests, if they have not left an advance in a contingency fund at RPM.

CONTINGENCY FUND

Rental Services Owners can take advantage of our service, which offers them the opportunity to deposit an agreed amount in cash, preferably, with RPM as their `contingency fund'. This can then be used to cover:-

Rental Services provision, when the clients have booked direct with the owner.

Costs of any extra services at their property.

e.g. if requesting a clean before their first arrival of the season, or a closing clean at the end of the season if they are unable to come to Rhodes themselves to close up their property before the winter.

Allowance for the payment of utility bills etc. (where requested)

A Quarterly Statement will be issued to owners detailing the costs that have been deducted from their contingency fund. If the fund is insufficient to meet costs owners will be requested to deposit additional funds to meet their needs.

EMERGENCY REPAIRS

If repairs are needed to your property following an emergency Call Out we will inform you of this. We will only complete work where we have agreed a cost limit with you and hold an amount in your Contingency Fund to cover these costs.

In other circumstances your property will be left secure until we have informed you of the work required and the estimated cost and received your agreement to proceed and the monies to cover the cost of repairs.

Your signature on the Agreement form signifies your acceptance of our offer of services, your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to pay the stated costs when requested
