Since purchasing properties in Kalathos and moving permanantly to Rhodes to enjoy a lifestyle that we have always dreamt of, we soon learned that there is much more to life than lazing on the beach or round the pool sipping an ice cold beer. It’s great for a while but then you realise just why you worked in the first place – because you enjoy the challenge and the rewards that hard work can bring.  With no desire to return to uncertain summers and cold, wet, grey winters, we decided on a new challenge.

Identifying a gap in the market for a local property management company to service the requirements of a rapidly expanding overseas property ownership population and the increasing number of new properties being developed in the area, we decided that we could provide the services that were so in demand, calling upon many of the skills we had acquired in our previous careers.

 We have experienced first hand the pleasures and the frustrations of getting to grips with the purchasing process, taking delivery of the property, sorting out utility and service contracts, discovering where and when to pay the bills (and understand what they say!), arranging shipment of furniture and personal possessions, and arranging deliveries.

 We have had three years experience in providing property management to a number of villas and we know what owners want and need. We can see things from an owner’s perspective, as well as from the point of view of a Property Management Services provider.
